He was born in San Paolo Belsito (Naples) in 1968. From 1988 to 1994 he studied architecture at Federico II University of Naples (where he graduated with Alberto Ferlenga). Between 1996 and 1997, he enhance his knowledge in Austria at the Technische Universitat of Graz and in 2006 concluded a PhD in Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Cagliari with a thesis on a design system that integrates design and construction of pre-fabricated buildings through the direct relationship between computer and CNC machine. In 1998 he opened his own office in Cagliari, where the reflection on various aspects of architectural projects is enhanced by continuous experiences and collaborations and is followed by an intense professional activity and research that goes from building design, furniture design and exhibition. In 2003 with the offices Li.Xi, Lilliu Massa & Associates and Vallifuoco Pani & Steingut based “L_IN_E_A a.t.p.” (International Laboratory of Architecture and Construction), a planning workshop which propose to participate in an organized and continuous way to architectural competitions both in Italy and abroad. From February 2006 to July 2007 he worked as a consultant for the consortium Polaris, Science and Technology Park of Pula (CA), for the pilot project of the use of new technologies in design and rapid prototyping. In 2006 he founded, together with Fabio Lilliu and Gianni Lilliu Massa the offices “2+1 OfficinArchitettura”.
